Please read these terms carefully before using our TV repair services
1. Service Agreement
By booking our TV repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are available to residents of Bangalore and surrounding areas.
1.1 Service Scope
We provide professional TV repair services including but not limited to:
- Diagnosis of TV issues
- Repair of hardware components
- Replacement of faulty parts
- Software troubleshooting for smart TVs
- TV mounting and installation services
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 Service Charges
Our service charges are based on distance from our service center:

| 5 to 10 km | ₹200 |
| 10 to 30 km | ₹300 |
| Beyond 30 km | To be discussed with technician |
2.2 Repair Costs
Additional repair costs for parts and labor will be communicated to you before any work begins. You have the right to approve or decline the repair once the diagnosis is complete.
Note: Service charges are separate from repair costs and cover only the technician's visit and diagnosis.
3. Warranty and Guarantees
3.1 Service Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on all repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty covers:
- Replaced parts (unless otherwise specified)
- Labor for the specific repair performed
- Re-diagnosis if the same issue recurs
3.2 Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage caused by customer mishandling
- Damage from power surges, water, or physical impact
- Normal wear and tear of components
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Access and Safety
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the TV location
- Ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians
- Providing accurate information about the TV issue
- Backing up important data on smart TVs if applicable
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment with at least 2 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
5.2 Technician Availability
While we strive to provide same-day service, technician availability is subject to scheduling constraints and travel conditions in Bangalore.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service
- Damage occurring after our technician leaves the premises
- Issues arising from improper use or installation
- Consequential damages or loss of data
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
